A song/dance skill that raises resistance to bows has been added. These skills are acquired at level 75.

Character Stats Adjustments

Increased Maximum Level

The maximum level that players can reach on their main class has been increased from level 80 to level 85. The maximum level that players can reach on their subclass has not changed, and is still level 80.

The following combat stats have been increased significantly for players who are level 70 and higher:

* Accuracy & Evasion
* Critical Rate
* Magic Resistance

These stats will increase even higher for players who are level 78 and higher.

CP Adjustments for Dagger Classes

The amount of the CP has been increased for all dagger classes. This changes applies to Rogues, Elven Scouts, Assassins, Treasure Hunters, Plains Walkers, and Abyss Walkers.


Skill Enchantments


Skill Enchanting Changes

The types of skills that can be enchanted have been increased. Skills acquired before the third class change can be enchanted up to stage 30. Skills acquired after the third class change can be enchanted up to stage 15.

The issue with MP not being recovered correctly at some skill levels when the Sweeper skill is enchanted to Power route has been fixed.
Some skills can be enchants with elemental attributes.


Safe Skill Enchant

Failing a skill enchantment does not decrease the enchant skill level.

The amount of SP and Exp. consumed is three times greater than that of a regular skill enchant.

Giant's Codex - Mastery is required.

New Enchantment Route

Active, Passive, and Toggle skills can be enchanted.

Various new enchantment types have been added.

Some skills can be enchants with elemental attributes.


Existing Skills Changes

Existing Skill Changes

The Over the Body skill's use condition has been changed. In order to use the skill, your CP must be above 80%. When the skill is used, all of your CP are consumed.

The duration of the Divine Power skill has been shortened, and the amount of HP that the skill Heal restores has been greatly increased.

The range increases at certain skill levels for the Shoulder Charge, Blade Rush, and Storm Assault skills.

The Seed of Fire skill's effect has been changed to increase your Fire elemental P. Atk.

The Seed of Water skill's effect has been changed to increase your Water elemental P. Atk.

The Seed of Wind skill's effect has been changed to increase your Wind elemental P. Atk.

The Final Form skill's P. Atk., M. Atk., P. Def., and M. Def. have been greatly increased.

An additional effect for Aggression and Hate Aura has been added. This new effect has a chance to lock your enemy's target onto you for three seconds.

The use condition has been changed for the following skills so that they can be used without having to receive elemental energy; this results in the re-use time and power being changed for these skills: Aura Symphony, Inferno, Blizzard, Demon Wind, Elemental Assault, Elemental Symphony, and Elemental Storm

When the following skills are acquired, your magic attack resistance rate is increased: Magic Resistance, Magic Immunity, and Anti Magic

An Overlord's overall clan buff has been changed to also apply to the clan members' summoned pets/servitors.

The amount of required SP to learn a skill for some Kamael classes has been changed.

The Harmony of Noblesse and Symphony of Noblesse skill effects have been changed. They are now buff skills that can be used only during a siege.

The following skills have been changed to passive skills (the effects are the same as before): Counter Chance, Counter Rapid Shot, Counter Dash, and Counter Mind

For the following post-level-40 skills, an additional effect has a chance to be triggered when you attack.

* Blunt Mastery: Decreased skill MP consumption and increased stun attack success rate
* Dagger Mastery: Decreased skill MP consumption and increased critical attack success rate

The enchant route of certain skills has been changed.

* Aggression: Enchant Additional Defense --> Enchant Additional Attack (decreased target P. Atk.)
* Hate Aura: Enchant Additional Defense --> Enchant Additional Attack (decreased target P. Atk.)
* Shield Stun: Elemental Break Fire/Water/Wind/Earth --> Elemental Reduce Fire/Water/Wind/Earth (weakens the target's resistance to fire/water/wind/earth)

When the passive skill Counter Rapidshot is triggered while a crossbow is equipped, the attack speed increase will now apply.

The amount of Exp. and SP required for skill enchants have been partially changed.

The error where the Holy battle attribute increased when enchanting the Dance of Light skill has been corrected.

The duration and re-use time of the Seal of Blockade skill have been changed, and there is now additional damage done to the target (decreased duration, increased re-use time).

The error where Exp. didn't fully restore when a class with a low WIT using an augmented weapon with a resurrection option has been corrected.

The issue with the Harmony of Noblesse and Symphony of Noblesse skills not working properly for the owners of Bandit Stronghold and the Beast Farm clan hall during the battle has been fixed.

The issue with the skill casting effect not showing properly when mounted on a pet has been fixed.

The HP recovery penalty for the Kamael Guilted Body passive skill has been decreased from 30% to 5%. For example, the amount of HP that the Kamael will receive from a 1,000HP heal is increased from 700HP to 950HP.

The reuse time information for skills and items is now displayed as system messages.

THE HELLBOUND ITSELF

In order to talk with the different NPCs on Hellbound you will need to earn trust points and Caravan Certificates. There are three kinds of Caravan Certificates you can earn on Hellbound. If you do not have the proper certificate, or don't have the proper trust level the NPCs will tell you that you are not trustworthy enough to talk with them.

Trust Points:
Trust is the level of trust you have earned with the Natives on Hellbound. You earn this trust by killing the mobs on Hellbound.
Do not kill the Natives, this will earn you negative trust.


Darion Badges:
Needed to purchase a Native Set, Basic Caravan Certificate or Holy Water.
Also tradeable with Hude for random materials (Adamantine, Orichalcum and Leonards, must have Standard Caravan Certificate)

Drop from most mobs on Hellbound.

Ancient Tome of the Demon:
Needed to purchase Dynastic Essence.
Open them up to acquire Hidden pages and Demon Contracts:
Used to purchase Dynasty Recipes and Mats. (Must have Premium Caravan Certificate to trade)

Life Force:

Obtained by killing Chimera in the Battered Lands using Magic Bottles. For each 5 Life Forces you need to have a Magic Bottle.

Contained Life Force:
Needed to acquire Premium Caravan Certificate.

Obtained by killing Celtus. He is in the Battered Lands with the Chimera. He spawns once every 20 minutes.
He drops 5 Contained Life Forces. He is like a Mini Raid boss, be prepared.

Magic Bottle:
Needed to Collect Life Forces.

Acquire at Keif near Hidden Oasis (not far from Falk)
Requirements:
20 Scorpion Stingers (each bottle)
Standard Caravan Certificate

Holy Water:
Needed to Kill Remnant Diabolist and Remnant Diviner at the Ancient Temple. **
When their HP reaches 0, use the holy water on them.
Unlimited use.

Acquire at Bernarde near Hidden Oasis (not far from Falk)

Dynastic Essence:
Needed to exchange Dynasty Armor top for one with an armband.

Basic Caravan Certificate:
This is the first Caravan Certificate you can earn. This allows you to talk with Hude.

Acquire at Falk near the Hidden Oasis.

Needed to transform into a Native.

Acquire at Buron near the Gatekeeper (where you port in)

Basic Caravan Certificate

Put the set on, and you will get a new skill. Use that skill to transform to a Native.
Use the untransform skill to return to normal. Skill reuse time is 1 hour.

Standard Caravan Certificate:
Second Caravan Certificate you can earn, owning this allows you to acquire the Caravan's Secret Remedy, aka Sunblock from Hude.
It also allows you to trade with Hude for materials (Orichalcum, Adamantine, Leonards)

Acquire at Hude near the Caravan Encampment.
Requirements:
Basic Caravan Certificate
Transformed to a Native (use Native Set)
60 Stingers of Scorpion
20 Marks of Betrayer

Premium Caravan Certificate:
Final Caravan Certificate allows you to trade with Hude for Dynasty Armor Recipes and Mats

Basic Caravan Certificate (A certificate of friendship with Caravans.)

Give 20 Darion Badges to NPC Falk at the Hidden Oasis. Darion Badges drop from nearly any mob on Hellbound in different quantities.

Rewards:
Tailor Buron (the Native NPC at the portin) will now exchanges 30 Darion Badges into Native Tunic, Native Pants and Native Helmet. Wearing these clothes transforms you into a native.

Standard Caravan Certificate (A certificate of business relations with Caravans.)

Give 30 Mark of Betrayal (drop from Wandering Caravan in the Sand Swept Dunes) and 60 Scorpion Poison Stingers (drop from the Sand and Desert Scorpion) to Hude at the Caravan Encampment.

Rewards:
Purchase Caravaner’s Remedy from the caravan trader for 25k adena each. This can cool down the heat of the Desert. The Effect lasts 60minutes.

Note:
Caravaner’s Remedy can not be traded.

Premium Caravan Certificate (A certificate indicating a unique friendship with Caravans.)

Purchase a Magical Bottle (that can hold the Chimera’s magic power) from Kaif at the Hidden Oasis for 20 Scorpion Poison Stingers. Use the Magical Bottle on Chimera’s with less than 10% HP to collect theyr Life Force.

Collect 80 Life Force from regular Chimeras and 20 Contained Life Forces from Celtus. Celtus spawns every 2-4 Hours at the Battered Land (QQ). Once handed over to Caravan Trader Hude at the Caravan Encampment you have gained Premium Caravan Certificate.

Rewards:
Hude will now exchange Hidden First Pages, Hidden Second Pages and Demon Contracts into S80 Armor / Jewelry Reciepes and Materials.
