1. Start the quest by talking to Bronze Key's Keef at the Elder Council. He sends you to hunt bats, you need 100 bat's fangs.
2. Hunt:
When you collect 100 
Bat Fang go back to Keef.
3. The first time you finish the quest you will get 
Ring Of Raccoon and 600 sp.
Next time the award will be 2,400 adena and 600 sp.
