1. Start the quest by talking to Gray Pillar Member Filaur in the Elder Council.

He needs 20 bandages, 5 Energy Stones and 10 "skeleton keys" . You can get Key of Thief in the grocery store they work like skeleton keys in this quest.

2. Filaur sends you to Railroad Worker Obi in the Plunderous Plains

3. When you talk to Obi you can select "Adena" or "Materials".

Materials gives you as quest reward 1,650 Soulshots D grade, and Adena gives you 16,500 adena.
