1. In Aden Castle Town talk with Trader Woodley at the Weapons and Armor Shop.

2. Talk to Maid Leikar outside the shop

3. Go to Maid Leikar and ask for material for the shoes.

4. Maid Leikar sends you back to Trader Woodley.

5. Trader Woodley asks for 200 leather and 600 thread.

6. When you have the mats speak with him again and he will request additional 200,000 adena.

7. Go to Trader Ian in Ivory Tower and give him 300,000 Adena.

8. Return to Trader Woodley in Aden Castle Town.

9. He gives you the Dress Shoe Box for Please Make Me Formal Wear! quest.
